End User Technologies Analyst Intern - Summer 2024 (Akron, OH)

Opportunity Details 

  • Internship Length:  June – Mid-August 2024 
  • Internship Schedule:  Full-time (40 hours/week on average)
    • Summer Pencils Down Week: One week off for all employees to recharge (subject to change; unpaid for interns)
  • Work Location:  Akron, OH
    • Hybrid work environment (3-4 days in office/week)
  • Responsibilities: Provide technical support related to computer systems, hardware, and software by answering users' questions, addressing system and user issues, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Assisting in computer set up for new employees and computer swaps. Most of the time will be spent in our Akron office, travel to other offices is limited

Qualifications

Required

  • Degree: Pursuing a Bachelor’s
  • Year in School: Sophomore or Junior
  • Major: Information Technology, Computer Networking, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or related
  • Customer service and strong communication skills

 

Preferred 

  • Coursework: Microsoft Desktop and Server Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, Computer Hardware (Comptia A+), Computer Networking Cisco
  • GPA: Minimum 3.0

Estimated Hourly Rate Range:  $20 - $30/hour*  

*Hourly rates offered to candidates are determined based on factors such as candidate's job responsibilities, geography, market considerations, and organizational needs.  On an annual basis, estimated ranges are re-evaluated for upcoming early career cohorts according to market adjustments.
